Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of high-converting marketing copy across multiple funnels
- Develop messaging strategies for campaigns, events, and digital assets
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and optimize copy accordingly
- Build and refine AI-assisted copywriting workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
- Manage and mentor a team of freelance or contract copywriters
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging standards
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to drive growth initiatives
- Continuously test and improve messaging based on data and audience insights
Requirements / Skills
- Proven experience in copywriting, particularly in performance marketing or funnel-based campaigns
- Strong understanding of buyer psychology and conversion strategies
- Experience using AI tools and large language models (LLMs) for content creation and optimization
- Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve campaign performance
- Leadership experience managing writers or creative teams
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
