Key Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle for smaller deals, from initial outreach to closing

Deliver engaging product demonstrations that address customer hiring challenges

Educate prospects on the value of skills-based hiring and the platform’s capabilities

Identify high-potential leads and collaborate with senior sales team members

Use AI tools to improve efficiency and automate routine sales tasks

Share insights and feedback with marketing and product teams to enhance offerings

Build strong relationships with prospects through a consultative sales approach

Collaborate with global teams across different time zones
Requirements / Skills

Based within the Americas time zone (UTC -3 to UTC -7)

At least 6 months of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply)

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas

Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms to improve productivity

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a desire to exceed targets

Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced SaaS environment

Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
