This is an exceptional entry-level to mid-level opportunity to grow within a technical department. You will receive comprehensive training on our software products (including CRM and developer reporting tools) and have a clear pathway for career development into areas like QA, project management, or advanced technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the First Level Support expert, handling incoming customer inquiries via our support portal, email, and telephone.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues for users of our business solutions and developer components.

  • Log detailed tickets and efficiently escalate complex technical issues to senior specialists and development teams.

  • Utilize remote maintenance tools to provide direct assistance to customers.

  • Contribute to our knowledge base by documenting solutions and common procedures.

  • Act as a professional and empathetic ambassador for combit, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • A genuine passion for helping others, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Strong familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Basic technical affinity: Interest or foundational knowledge in scripting, databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL), or software environments is a significant advantage.

  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex software applications.

  • Excellent communication skills in German (primary) and good English skills for international contacts.

  • A calm, patient demeanor and strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries.

  • No specific university degree is required. We value skills, initiative, and cultural fit above formal credentials.
