This is an exceptional entry-level to mid-level opportunity to grow within a technical department. You will receive comprehensive training on our software products (including CRM and developer reporting tools) and have a clear pathway for career development into areas like QA, project management, or advanced technical support.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the First Level Support expert, handling incoming customer inquiries via our support portal, email, and telephone.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues for users of our business solutions and developer components.

Log detailed tickets and efficiently escalate complex technical issues to senior specialists and development teams.

Utilize remote maintenance tools to provide direct assistance to customers.

Contribute to our knowledge base by documenting solutions and common procedures.

Act as a professional and empathetic ambassador for combit, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

A genuine passion for helping others, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service.

Strong familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.

Basic technical affinity: Interest or foundational knowledge in scripting, databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL), or software environments is a significant advantage.

Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex software applications.

Excellent communication skills in German (primary) and good English skills for international contacts.

A calm, patient demeanor and strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries.

No specific university degree is required. We value skills, initiative, and cultural fit above formal credentials.
