We are seeking a seasoned Senior Platform Engineer to architect and own the core infrastructure that accelerates our global product teams. In this role, you will design systems that scale to serve tens of thousands of professionals and partner workplaces, ensuring reliability, security, and developer velocity.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain secure, reproducible infrastructure using Terraform (IaC) and AWS (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch).

Build and support robust platform services and APIs using TypeScript, NestJS, and Node.js, interfacing with MongoDB and Postgres.

Own the full lifecycle of platform capabilities—from design and implementation to production monitoring, logging, and incident response.

Create reusable infrastructure modules, internal tools, and optimized CI/CD pipelines to dramatically improve product team velocity.

Proactively identify and solve performance bottlenecks, security considerations, and cost-optimization challenges across our cloud environment.

Work asynchronously within a 100% remote, globally distributed engineering culture that values high ownership and clear communication.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in a Platform, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer role at a high-growth tech company or startup environment.

Expertise in Modern Cloud-Native Stack: Hands-on production experience with AWS, Terraform, TypeScript/Node.js, and containerization (Docker, ECS/Kubernetes).

Strong Backend & Database Proficiency:Â Experience building and maintaining scalable backend systems and managing both SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

DevOps Mindset:Â A passion for automation, infrastructure as code, site reliability, and building platforms that serve other engineers.

Excellent Problem-Solving & Communication:Â Ability to work deeply on complex systems while communicating proactively with a distributed team.

User-Centric Approach:Â Energized by understanding internal developer pain points and building solutions that have a multiplier effect.
