Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding multi-channel support to customers via live chat, email, and phone, resolving inquiries with accuracy and care.

  • Act as a professional ambassador for both Flight CX and our client partners, building trust and positive relationships.

  • Proactively identify and share insights to improve customer experience processes and knowledge resources.

  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with a distributed, global team in a flexible, asynchronous work environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in a customer service, support, or client-facing role is required.

  • Fluent English Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (verified via proficiency assessment).

  • High Emotional Intelligence: A natural empath with the patience and emotional awareness to handle diverse customer situations gracefully.

  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: A resourceful and analytical mindset focused on finding the best solution for the customer.

  • Adaptability & Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work full-time on any assigned shift, including availability to work on Saturdays or Sundays.
