The Role: Full-Funnel Growth Marketing
We’re seeking a versatile Growth Marketing Specialist to own and execute our complete inbound lead generation strategy. This position requires a hands-on marketer capable of managing multiple channels and driving measurable results across content, SEO, and conversion optimization. You’ll function as a one-person marketing engine, responsible for attracting, engaging, and converting our target audience of sales professionals and business founders.
Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing & SEO Strategy:

Research, write, and optimize high-converting blog content that establishes thought leadership and drives organic traffic

Implement comprehensive internal linking strategies to enhance site architecture and SEO performance

Manage external link-building initiatives through agency partnerships and direct outreach

Execute technical SEO optimizations to improve search visibility and domain authority
Video Content & YouTube Management:

Develop data-driven keyword strategies for video content aligned with audience interests

Support video production through research, scripting, and recording assistance

Optimize video metadata including titles, descriptions, and thumbnails for maximum engagement

Analyze performance metrics to refine video content strategy and distribution
Conversion Rate Optimization:

Design and build high-converting landing pages for various campaign objectives

Implement and test conversion elements including CTAs, forms, and lead magnets

Contribute to overall website structure improvements for enhanced user experience

Continuously optimize conversion funnels based on performance data and user behavior
