Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Development

Lead engineering workflows, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across projects

Design and develop scalable backend systems using modern technologies such as Go and Python

Contribute to frontend development using React and TypeScript when required

Make key decisions related to performance, scalability, and system architecture

Maintain high code quality standards and best engineering practices

Support sprint planning, documentation, and timely project delivery
Collaboration & Client Interaction

Work closely with product managers and designers to define technical solutions

Participate in client discussions, offering insights into technical strategy

Present project updates, demos, and roadmap progress

Balance technical feasibility with business goals during planning
Team Mentorship & Culture

Guide and mentor engineers through feedback and support

Assist in hiring, onboarding, and team development

Promote a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture

Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and technical standards
Requirements / Skills
-
7+ years of professional software engineering experience
-
Strong backend expertise using Go and Python (Kotlin is a plus)

Solid frontend knowledge including React, Next.js, and TypeScript
-
Experience working with APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
-
Familiarity with distributed systems and scalable architectures

Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to lead discussions, present ideas, and manage technical trade-offs

Comfortable working in complex and evolving project environments

Passion for supporting team growth and delivering high-quality solutions

Competitive salary range of $120,000–$150,000 annually
