Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development
- Build responsive and high-performance web interfaces using React and TypeScript
- Develop features for progressive web applications used across devices and environments
- Ensure smooth user experiences even in low-connectivity scenarios
Feature Implementation & Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to implement new features
- Translate requirements into functional and user-friendly solutions
- Balance performance, usability, and technical constraints
System & Code Quality
- Contribute to a shared codebase following best practices and design patterns
- Improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement processes
AI-Assisted Development
- Leverage modern AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality
- Use automation and smart tooling for debugging, testing, and development tasks
Requirements / Skills
- 3–5 years of experience building front-end web applications
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices
- Experience integrating APIs and working with backend services
- Familiarity with testing (unit and end-to-end)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Clear written communication skills for remote collaboration
Preferred Skills
- Experience with state management or data-fetching libraries
- Knowledge of performance optimization and scalable front-end patterns
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows or cloud environments
- Interest in mobile or cross-platform development
Work Environment / Benefits
- Fully remote role (open globally, with EST time zone overlap)
