This is a ground-floor opportunity to join as a Founding Product Engineer and own the end-to-end development of features used by thousands of European businesses. You’ll ship daily, talk directly to customers, and shape the core product direction of a fast-moving, product-led company.
The Role: Founding Product Engineer
As a Founding Product Engineer, you will have complete ownership—from idea and prototyping to shipping features that directly impact our growing customer base. You will work across our modern tech stack (NestJS & React) with extreme focus and speed, supported by a no-meetings culture. This role is for a pragmatic, full-stack builder who thrives on customer feedback and wants to build a category-defining product from the early stages.
Key Responsibilities:

Take ideas from concept to production, building and shipping features in NestJS (Backend) and React (Frontend) with minimal process.

Engage directly with customers for support, feedback, and user testing to inform development and prioritize the roadmap.

Play a key role in shaping product priorities, with a mid-term focus on leading the feature prioritization for our Voice AI.

Operate in an environment built for speed and focus, with no regular meetings and a culture of daily shipping.
Who You Are (Your Profile):

You are a continuous learner who adapts quickly and thrives in a scaling startup.

Significant experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js (ideally NestJS) in a SaaS product environment.

You excel at breaking down complex features into essential components that deliver immediate customer value and iterating based on insights.

Direct experience with customer support, user research, or feedback conversations.

Essential for shaping our AI for the core DACH market and understanding customer needs intimately.
