Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, with exposure to other channels like Google, YouTube, TikTok, and more

Optimize campaign performance to improve key metrics such as ROAS, AOV, CAC, LTV, and CTR

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and strategies to drive continuous improvement

Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities for clients

Develop and present performance reports using dashboards and client meetings

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align on campaign strategies and goals

Contribute to creative direction, including ad copy and video script concepts

Implement innovative approaches to improve customer acquisition and retention
Requirements / Skills

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns

Proven track record of managing and scaling profitable ad spend (ideally $1M+ total spend)

Experience growing campaigns from small budgets to high-scale daily spend levels

Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance optimization

Familiarity with Google Analytics and eCommerce tracking tools

Ability to create and communicate effective advertising strategies

Strong analytical skills combined with creative thinking

Excellent communication skills for working with clients and internal teams

Experience working remotely in a collaborative environment
