Kickstart your product management career at a high-growth, AI-powered tech company. We are hiring a proactive Junior Product Manager to help scale the future of creator marketing.

Kyra is a global leader in the creator economy, building the future where data, creativity, and AI converge. As a full-service, tech-driven influencer marketing agency, we partner with iconic global brands like H&M, L’Oréal, and Amazon to drive authentic, high-impact campaigns. Backed by $15M in Series A funding, our proprietary Kyra Platform enables strategic marketing at scale.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our Product team. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their PM journey who is serious about execution, shipping real features, and mastering the fundamentals. You will be the operational engine that turns ideas into shipped work, ensuring clarity, quality, and alignment across engineering, design, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Lead Product Managers to turn user needs, support tickets, and business goals into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.

  • Write detailed tickets with precise acceptance criteria in Jira, triage bugs, track issues to resolution, and ensure no task falls through the cracks.

  • Act as the central hub for communication between Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

  • Support QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), assess risks, and help the team ship high-quality features quickly without compromising on excellence.

  • Monitor product performance post-release, analyze support trends and user feedback, and surface actionable insights to inform future iterations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience or internships in a product, project management, or agile tech environment.

  • Demonstrable experience with bug reporting, user story writing, UAT, basic scope planning, and working within an agile framework.

  • Comfort using modern collaboration tools like Jira, Notion/Confluence, Slack, and Figma.

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with a keen eye for detail and a drive for completion.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clarify ambiguity and bring structure to complex situations.

  • A customer-first attitude, logical thinking, and a proactive desire to learn, take initiative, and deliver consistent value.

Ideal Candidate Profile (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Relevant coursework or certifications in product management, design thinking, business, or Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Exposure to fast-moving scale-ups, media companies, or marketing technology environments.

What We Offer:

  • A strong starting salary of £40,000 – £55,000 in the UK or €30,000 – €40,000 in Europe, based on experience and location.

  • Join a global team from anywhere in the UK or Europe.

  • Gain hands-on experience on a platform used by top global brands and be a key part of a funded, scaling Series A company.

  • Learn from experienced product leaders in a culture that values ownership, shipping, and continuous improvement.

  • We are committed to making adjustments to support all candidates throughout our interview process.
