Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow enterprise sales within a defined territory
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Engage with IT leaders, security teams, and executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts and partnerships
- Lead complex sales processes including discovery, solution alignment, and negotiations
- Coordinate with technical teams for product demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts (upsell and cross-sell)
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data (e.g., Salesforce)
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
Requirements / Skills
- 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT solutions
- Proven track record of closing deals in mid-market or enterprise environments
- Experience working with IT buyers such as CIOs, IT Directors, and security leaders
- Strong pipeline generation and deal management skills
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Excellent communication and consultative selling abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SLED (State, Local, and Education) markets
- Background in high-growth startup or SaaS environments
