Leadership Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and develop high-performing engineering teams while driving technical excellence and strategic delivery. This role combines people leadership with technical oversight, focusing on team growth, process optimization, and impactful product development. You’ll serve as a catalyst for engineering excellence while fostering an environment where teams thrive and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development:

Mentor, coach, and develop engineers across multiple experience levels

Drive team engagement, retention, and performance through supportive leadership

Provide regular feedback and career development guidance

Technical Delivery & Quality:

Ensure predictable delivery and technical excellence across engineering initiatives

Partner with technical leads on solution design and architectural decisions

Balance speed, quality, and maintainability in technical trade-offs

Remove blockers and optimize processes for efficient execution
Strategic Collaboration:

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership on priority alignment

Facilitate cross-team coordination and dependency management

Contribute to department-wide initiatives and engineering best practices

Shape hiring strategies and build high-performing engineering teams
Organizational Impact:

Design effective onboarding experiences for new team members

Champion engineering culture of ownership, curiosity, and craftsmanship

Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and team dynamics

Ensure engineering output delivers meaningful business value
Required Qualifications

2+ years of engineering management experience with team development responsibility

Senior-level engineering background with React/React Native expertise

Proven experience in technical interviewing and hiring processes

Strong communication skills with ability to navigate ambiguity
