Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable enablement programs to improve Customer Success performance
- Develop training initiatives including live sessions, self-paced learning, and role-play exercises
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to prepare Customer Success teams for new feature launches
- Build frameworks that support consistent customer engagement and account management practices
- Identify skill gaps within teams and deploy targeted training solutions
- Support leadership with structured processes for account reviews and performance tracking
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure effective customer lifecycle management
Requirements / Skills
- Proven experience in Customer Success, enablement, or revenue operations within a SaaS or technology company
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, including adoption, retention, and expansion
- Experience supporting go-to-market (GTM) strategies and customer journey frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
- Experience building scalable systems, frameworks, and processes in fast-paced environments
