Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of customers from onboarding through renewal
- Lead onboarding sessions and provide guidance on platform setup and usage
- Advise clients on best practices for portfolio tracking and reporting
- Monitor customer engagement, health, and overall success metrics
- Identify opportunities for account growth, retention, and expansion
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to improve customer experience
- Create scalable resources such as guides, templates, and workflows
- Act as a customer advocate by sharing feedback and insights internally
Requirements / Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead calls and explain workflows clearly
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving mindset and customer empathy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Familiarity with venture capital, private equity, or financial services
- Knowledge of portfolio reporting and KPI tracking
- Experience working with AI tools or data-driven platforms

- Competitive salary range of $80,000–$130,000 USD
