Key Responsibilities
Technical Program & Systems Leadership
- Own and manage the roadmap for community tools and technical infrastructure
- Ensure systems such as CRM platforms and automation tools are scalable and efficient
- Oversee integration of tools across community, product, and engineering teams
CRM Architecture & Workflow Optimization
- Design and optimize CRM systems to support community operations
- Maintain data integrity and ensure seamless workflows between teams
- Drive adoption and effective use of CRM platforms across the organization
Data & Insights Strategy
- Build and manage dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting systems
- Define key metrics to measure community growth and performance
- Translate data into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, product, IT, and legal teams
- Align technical solutions with business and community objectives
- Lead initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability across teams
Requirements / Skills
- 7–10+ years of experience in technical program management, systems architecture, or similar roles
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Experience working with APIs, data systems, and integration workflows
- Familiarity with tools like SQL, Tableau, BigQuery, or Zendesk
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts into business insights
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
