The Role: Manager, Client Success
As a Manager of Client Success, you will be on the front lines of our mission, serving as a strategic partner to a portfolio of member organizations. You will build deep, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at financial services companies, fintechs, and Fortune 500 employers to drive action and adoption of financial health best practices. This role blends strategic account management, project leadership, and business development to deliver exceptional value to our members and advance our organizational impact. Reporting to the Director of Client Success, you will be a key player in a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of member organizations, building trust with senior executives and developing annual engagement plans to drive value and impact.

Design and execute high-quality member programs, exclusive content, and facilitated discussions to advance financial health initiatives within member companies.

Identify and cultivate consulting, grant, and sponsorship opportunities to deepen engagement and contribute to organizational revenue.

Lead cross-functional projects from conception to completion, collaborating with research, advisory, and events teams to deliver on member-facing initiatives and programs.

Monitor and report on member engagement, relationship health, and success metrics using Salesforce, documenting case studies and impact stories.

Collaborate with leadership to manage relationships with key Strategic Accounts (Fortune 500 companies), setting goals and driving progress against shared objectives.
Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in client success, strategic account management, or partnership management, preferably within financial services, fintech, insurance, or adjacent sectors.

A proven track record of building and maintaining senior-level (C-suite) relationships and managing complex stakeholder engagements.

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from strategy through execution.

Outstanding presentation, communication, and influencing skills; able to synthesize data and articulate compelling arguments.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Ability to travel domestically up to 10% and accommodate occasional evening meetings.
