Sales Career Opportunity
We’re seeking motivated Inside Sales Account Executives to join our expanding sales organization. This role offers the unique opportunity to sell sophisticated software solutions to automotive dealerships while leveraging NCC’s established market presence and reputation for innovation. Successful candidates will demonstrate proven B2B sales expertise, automotive industry knowledge, and the drive to excel in a performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Pipeline Management:

Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to automotive dealership prospects nationwide

Manage complete sales cycles from initial discovery through demonstration, negotiation, and closure

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship development

Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities, manage opportunities, and forecast performance accurately
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

Establish connections with key dealership decision-makers including General Managers and ownership

Conduct compelling product demonstrations that highlight software value and ROI
-
Develop deep understanding of dealership operations and pain points to position effective solutions

Maintain ongoing client relationships to identify expansion and upsell opportunities
Market Intelligence & Strategy:

Stay current with automotive retail trends and dealership operational challenges

Continuously refine sales approaches based on market feedback and performance data

Collaborate with sales leadership to develop territory strategies and target account plans
Required Qualifications

2+ years of inside sales experience in automotive SaaS or CRM solutions

Documented success in outbound B2B sales environments with proven closing ability

Comprehensive understanding of automotive dealership operations and decision-making hierarchies

Experience engaging and selling to senior-level dealership management

Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms

Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions

Self-motivated professional with excellent time management and organizational skills
