Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with clients, from executives to operational teams, to understand business challenges and requirements

Design and implement AI-driven solutions tailored to customer workflows

Train, evaluate, deploy, and maintain machine learning models, including multimodal systems

Build scalable and efficient systems that support AI applications at scale

Develop innovative user experiences that integrate AI into real-world business processes

Take ownership of projects from initial concept through deployment and optimization
Requirements / Skills

Strong experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related fields

Ability to design and deploy scalable systems and production-ready solutions

Experience working with modern AI/ML frameworks and tools

Solid understanding of data processing, model training, and deployment pipelines

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments is a plus
