Enrollment Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Admissions Representative to join our enrollment team and guide prospective students through their educational journey. This role serves as the crucial connection between aspiring artists and their creative futures, helping students discover programs that align with their passions and career aspirations. The position offers either hybrid Colorado-based work or fully remote arrangements in approved states.
Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Enrollment Management:
- 
Manage comprehensive student recruitment pipeline from initial inquiry through program enrollment 
- 
Conduct proactive outreach through phone, email, and virtual meeting platforms 
- 
Schedule and conduct admissions interviews to assess student fit and objectives 
- 
Guide prospective students through application and documentation processes 
- 
Maintain active communication during critical enrollment periods to ensure student retention 
Program Knowledge & Student Guidance:
- 
Develop expert understanding of RMCAD’s degree programs and curriculum offerings 
- 
Communicate program benefits, faculty expertise, and career outcomes effectively 
- 
Facilitate student orientation processes and ensure smooth program transition 
- 
Coordinate with financial aid advisors to support student funding discussions 
- 
Share graduate success stories and industry connection opportunities 
Recruitment Operations & Events:
- 
Participate in weekly enrollment progress meetings with cross-functional teams 
- 
Represent RMCAD at recruitment events including college fairs and portfolio reviews 
- 
Host campus open houses and virtual information sessions as required 
- 
Maintain accurate student records and communication documentation 
- 
Travel nationally for recruitment initiatives as needed 
Performance Metrics
- 
Enrollment conversion rates and student retention outcomes 
- 
Communication effectiveness and student satisfaction measures 
- 
Recruitment activity volume and engagement quality 
- 
Adherence to enrollment processes and compliance standards

Required Qualifications
- 
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 
- 
Minimum 2 years of sales, admissions, or student recruitment experience 
- 
Documented history of exceeding individual and team performance goals 
- 
Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities 
- 
Strong computer proficiency and telephone communication skills 
- 
Proven customer service excellence and relationship-building ability

Effective time management and multitasking skills

Self-motivated work style with minimal supervision requirements 
Work Environment & Logistics

Hybrid Option:Â Blend of office and remote work (Colorado-based)
