Job Description: Acquisition Growth Lead – Remote
Are you a strategic, results-driven growth expert who thrives on building new customer acquisition channels from $0 to scale? Community Phone, a profitable, cash-flow-positive tech company redefining business telecommunication, is seeking a Growth Lead to own the discovery and scaling of our next major marketing pillar beyond Google.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for a founder-minded marketer. You will be entrusted with a significant budget and the full authority to launch, test, and scale new channels like Meta, TikTok, influencers, or affiliates. If you have a proven track record of treating creative as a core strategic system and are driven by clear, revenue-focused outcomes, this is your opportunity to define a critical growth engine for an 8-figure ARR company.

With a lean, global team of ~70 across 15 countries, we’ve achieved strong product-market fit and sustainable growth. Now, we need a visionary to unlock our next scalable acquisition channel.
Your Mission:
To identify, validate, and scale a new, non-Google acquisition channel to a production level of $100k+ in new monthly ARR within your first 90 days. You will own the entire process—from creative strategy and execution to budget management and performance accountability.
Key Responsibilities:

Launch and scale new acquisition channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, affiliate, influencer) from zero. Own all spend, pacing, and scaling decisions within a ~$300k/month experimental budget.

Define the creative strategy, drive testing velocity, and own production to make creative your primary growth lever. You are responsible for what gets made and why.

Be directly responsible for signup volume, CAC efficiency, payback periods, and the incremental MRR contributed by your channels. Diagnose swings and take decisive action.

Operate with speed and conviction. Place clear bets, kill underperforming initiatives decisively, and communicate results with radical transparency.

A former founder, early startup employee, or first growth hire with experience driving rapid revenue growth.

Has personally scaled a non-Google acquisition channel from $0 to significant volume.

Views creative as a strategic, testable system, not just a deliverable.

Judges success by tangible business outcomes (revenue, CAC, LTV), not activity or experimentation volume.

Thrives in high-autonomy, low-bureaucracy environments with direct access to founders and decision-makers.

Can work with a majority of daily overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
