What You Will Do

As an intern at the Competence Center E-Drives, you will:

  • Support the design and implementation of quality management systems, ensuring excellence at every step.
  • Assist our health, safety, and environmental protection specialists in developing and rolling out effective protection programs.
  • Contribute to the automation and optimization of workflows, helping the brand achieve greater efficiency and innovation.
  • Gain in-depth insights into production and process flows, giving you a real-world perspective on operations at scale.
  • Play a key role in preparing reports and presentations, sharpening your analytical and communication skills.

What You Bring

BMW is looking for ambitious students who are ready to make an impact. Ideally, you are:

  • Enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Equipped with initial practical experience in project or quality management (a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Confident in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with low-code platforms such as APEX or PowerApps (desirable).
  • Experienced in programming languages like Python or Java (an advantage).
  • Fluent in German and English (business level).
