Madrid, Spain – IAG Cargo, a leading global airfreight logistics provider and part of the International Airlines Group (IAG), is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hub Product Quality Manager for a temporary four-month assignment. What You’ll Do:

As the Hub Product Quality Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the highest levels of product operational performance across IAG Cargo’s Spanish Hub managed stations (Spain, Portugal, and Gibraltar). Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining GDP Certification for the MAD Hub Operations.
• Designing and implementing continuous improvement plans based on data analysis and audits.
• Managing quality indicators, performance, CAPAs, and NMRs.
• Leading supplier review meetings.
• Coordinating new product enhancements.
• Monitoring temperature control and pest control programs.
• Participating in multi-disciplinary projects.
• Acting as the Responsible Person for GDP Guidelines.
