What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for resolving customer inquiries via email, phone, and Salesforce. Your key tasks will include:
✔ Managing complex customer cases and ensuring smooth resolutions
✔ Handling backorders, supplier follow-ups, and order fulfilment
✔ Providing quotes and bespoke order solutions for customers
✔ Boosting customer satisfaction (CSAT & NPAS scores)
✔ Collaborating with sales and fulfilment teams for seamless service
