What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team of analytics, consumer insights, and media testing experts.
  • Develop and execute a testing and research agenda that strengthens client relationships and drives revenue.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to unlock valuable insights about Target’s guests and Roundel’s offerings.
  • Deliver innovative analyses that position Roundel as a leader in the retail media space.
  • Champion a culture of quality, innovation, and impactful work within your team.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital media and/or consumer insights
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience
  • Expertise in quantitative, qualitative, syndicated, and first-party insights tools
  • Strong data analysis (SQL/Python) and visualization skills (a plus)
  • The ability to build and lead effective partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • A passion for innovation and challenging the status quo
