About the Role:

As a Digital Banking Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and promoting our comprehensive suite of digital banking services. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and acquire new clients by identifying potential opportunities, conducting effective sales presentations, and closing deals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Product Promotion: Promote our payroll, payment, and collection services, as well as other digital banking products, to clients.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to enhance client value and revenue.
Digital Adoption: Educate clients on the benefits of our digital banking platforms and encourage their adoption.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Post Graduate degree
3-5 years of experience in banking or fintech sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of digital banking products and trends
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for driving growth and innovation
