Located in Northampton, Massachusetts, this full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $124,000, along with a 15% annual incentive reference value.

Job Overview:

The Quality Assurance Supervisor will lead a team of QA Associates, ensuring the production of high-quality beverages while maintaining cost-effectiveness and meeting customer demands. This role is crucial for maintaining operational excellence and compliance with all company, federal, and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop Quality Assurance personnel.
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of quality and micro testing.
• Monitor sanitation and housekeeping procedures.
• Oversee compliance with audits and regulations.
• Implement operational procedures in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Ensure safety and maintain equipment standards.
• Utilize Operational Excellence tools for productivity improvements.
• Conduct meetings, provide training, and manage scheduling.
• Address customer service and personnel issues.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s in technical or engineering preferred).
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of production/manufacturing experience (food/beverage preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer and database skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and GMP/GLP.

Preferred Skills:

• ISO certifications (22000, 9000, 14001, etc.).
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
• HACCP, PCQI, BPCS.
