Position Overview
SIB is seeking a Relationship Manager – Retail Real Estate to drive customer acquisition and manage long-term client relationships for retail real estate finance and mortgage products. The ideal candidate will excel in sales, cross-selling, customer service, and compliance, ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the bank’s profitability.
Key Focus Areas
1. Customer Service
- Acquire new customers through proactive sales calls and visits.
- Deliver prompt, high-quality service and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, real estate agencies, mortgage brokers, and other business channels.
2. Relationship Identification
- Identify and establish new customer relationships aligned with SIB’s retail objectives.
- Maximize market share through targeted engagement.
3. Sales Targets
- Achieve and maintain monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive cross-selling opportunities across retail banking products.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of applications and documentation.
4. Product & Service Communication
- Provide customers with detailed information about relevant SIB real estate products and services.
- Support promotional activities, meetings, and roadshows to meet sales goals.
5. Benchmarking & Market Feedback
- Monitor competitor offerings to support product development.
- Share ongoing customer and market insights with team leaders.
6. Consumer Protection & Compliance
- Adhere to consumer protection standards and fair customer treatment.
- Ensure full compliance with SIB policies, KYC requirements, and UAE Central Bank regulations.
- Safeguard customer data and report suspicious activities.
7. Policies & Procedures
- Recommend process improvements to enhance service quality and compliance.
- Implement best practices to align with regulatory expectations.
Candidate Profile
SIB is looking for a results-driven, customer-focused professional with proven experience in retail home finance sales. The ideal candidate is skilled in customer relationship management, achieving sales targets, and adhering to consumer protection frameworks.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in a commercial-related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in mortgage/retail home finance sales, preferably in the banking sector.
- Strong command of English (oral and written). Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Consumer Protection Regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the real estate ecosystem.
