Alhurra TV, a leading international media organization, is searching for a highly skilled and motivated Broadcast Engineering Manager to lead its dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the broadcast engineering department.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of broadcast systems, including IP-based and digital platforms.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless content delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in broadcast engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of digital and IP-based broadcast systems.
- Strong understanding of SMPTE 2110 standards.
- Familiarity with VizRT, Dalet Flex MAM, Pebble Automation, and other industry-leading technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
