Your Role & Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will:
✅ Manage & grow a portfolio of Higher Education clients
✅ Drive sales by identifying upsell & cross-sell opportunities
✅ Collaborate with presales, bid teams, and leadership to close deals
✅ Negotiate contracts while ensuring client satisfaction & retention
Who We’re Looking For
✔ Proven B2B sales/account management experience (ERP sales a plus)
✔ Strong knowledge of the Higher Education industry
✔ Track record of exceeding sales targets
✔ Excellent negotiation & relationship-building skills
