What You’ll Do:
- Drive Sales Growth: Take full ownership of your sales quota, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and consistently exceed performance targets.
- Champion Transfusion Solutions: Become an expert in Abbott’s transfusion technologies and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers, highlighting how they improve patient care and optimize workflows.
- Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional support and identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.
- Analyze and Strategize: Leverage market data and competitive insights to develop effective sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Support Product Launches: Play a key role in introducing new transfusion products to the market, evaluating their potential, and ensuring successful adoption.
- Maximize Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support, maximizing system uptime and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Need:
- Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in a medical or life sciences field is preferred, along with 8-10 years of proven experience in diagnostics sales.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the diagnostics industry, including current trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both English and the local language.
- Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric approach, with a passion for building relationships and exceeding expectations.
- Drive and Determination: A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and proactively to achieve goals.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel frequently within the region (approximately three days per week).
