Role Summary
Intelex is strengthening its Enterprise New Logo Sales organization and is seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Account Director to support its growth across the United States and Canada. This role is focused on acquiring net-new enterprise customers through strategic territory execution, consultative selling, and executive-level engagement.

The position plays a central role in Intelex’s long-term growth strategy by developing strong relationships with senior decision-makers, creating compelling business cases, and leveraging internal teams and the broader partner ecosystem. Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions within EHSQ, ESG, Compliance, Risk, or adjacent markets is highly valued.
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Enterprise Customer Acquisition
The Account Director is responsible for driving new logo acquisition by developing and executing territory plans, identifying high-value prospects, and building sustainable pipelines within large, complex organizations.
2. Strategic Discovery and Value Selling
This role leads in-depth discovery engagements to uncover customer challenges and translate them into clear, ROI-driven value propositions using established consultative and value-based sales methodologies.
3. Executive Stakeholder Engagement
The position requires consistent engagement with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, providing insights related to compliance maturity, risk reduction, and operational excellence.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
The Account Director works closely with Sales Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Business Development, and RFP teams to advance opportunities and close complex enterprise deals.
5. Partner and Ecosystem Enablement
Collaboration with consulting, implementation, and technology partners is a core focus, supporting co-selling and co-marketing initiatives that expand deal reach and accelerate sales cycles.
6. Sales Operations and Forecasting
Maintaining accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and activity tracking within Salesforce is essential, alongside continuous awareness of product capabilities, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education and Experience
The ideal candidate has 7 to 10 years or more of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong record of consistently exceeding quotas. Demonstrated success selling into large, global organizations, typically with revenues exceeding $1.5 billion, is required.
Core Competencies
Candidates should possess strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments. Clear articulation of business value and ROI, combined with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, is essential.
Preferred Background
Experience selling EHSQ, ESG, Compliance, or Risk management software is preferred. Familiarity with partner-driven sales models, Salesforce, formal sales methodologies, and close collaboration with BDR and Marketing teams is considered a strong advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role, inclusive of sales incentives and commissions, is 216,600 to 361,700 in local currency. Compensation is aligned with experience, performance, and market considerations.
