Nordea Bank is seeking a Scrum Master to join our Privileged Access Management (PAM) team within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an international team that is dedicated to protecting the bank.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and facilitate team meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Coach and lead the team in daily work
- Drive continuous improvement
- Manage risks and obstacles
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the team delivers according to the prioritized backlog
- Ensure clear communication with stakeholders, management, and dependencies
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master within IT
- Knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban
- Good understanding of IT processes and software development lifecycle
- Documented ability to work and lead cross-border with different cultures
- Experience working with Agile methodology and SAFe
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Experience with Jira, Sharepoint, and Confluence
- General understanding of IAM and PAM technologies and practices
- Background in IT security and IAM is a plus
