This permanent position offers the opportunity to contribute to next-gen healthcare solutions by harnessing data insights and AI. The role offers a hybrid work model, with two days remote and three days on-site.

What You’ll Do:

• Coach teams on agile principles and behaviors.
• Foster continuous improvement and outcome-driven decision-making.
• Guide sustainable product development cadence.
• Bring agility to product discovery and validation.
• Support cross-functional team collaboration.
• Remove impediments to continuous flow.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven success coaching Product Owners and scaling products internationally.
• Track record as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in complex environments.
• Experience in data science project domains (e.g., industry regulations, data privacy).
• Strong product strategy, roadmap development, and backlog management skills.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership abilities.
• Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI, and Application Design & Integration.
• Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
• Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
