What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the entire debt collection process, collaborating with third-party servicers and funding partners.
- Set and achieve payment collection goals, implementing effective strategies to minimize outstanding credit.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes with customers.
- Provide insightful reports on collection performance to senior leadership.
- Train and develop Collection and Portfolio Administrators.

Who They’re Looking For:
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of professional experience, with a focus on collections in equipment finance or leasing.
- Proven ability to implement collection strategies for diverse customer segments.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a collection role.
