About the Role
As a Digital Experience Associate, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our products, sites, and landing pages for an exceptional user experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing optimization strategies to enhance user behavior and drive conversions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create new features and tools that improve the customer journey.
- Analyzing on-site performance to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of optimizations.
- Utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and guide strategic initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least two years of experience in product analytics or user experience (UX) with a focus on optimization.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Optimize, or other analytics platforms.
- A proven ability to blend quantitative and qualitative data to understand user behavior.
- Knowledge of statistics and experimentation to ensure best practices throughout the optimization process.
- Experience conducting A/B and multivariate testing.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with user testing platforms and developing user testing interviews and surveys.
- Prior experience using Notion.
