The Role: WordPress Front-End Integrator
We are seeking a skilled and efficient WordPress Integrator to focus on front-end development and theme integration. In this role, you will transform design files (Figma/Photoshop) into fully functional, responsive, and visually appealing WordPress websites using popular page builders. You will ensure seamless integration, client-specific customization, and high-performance output in a high-volume production environment. This is a hands-on technical role requiring speed, precision, and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Convert Figma/Photoshop design mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect websites using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

Integrate sliced HTML/CSS files into WordPress, utilizing page builders like Elementor, Beaver Builder, Divi, WP Bakery, and Visual Composer.

Modify and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client functionality and design requirements.

Perform thorough testing to resolve cross-browser compatibility, layout, and performance issues.

Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, present progress, and ensure final delivery meets their expectations.

Implement basic website security best practices and perform maintenance updates to ensure site health.

Work rotational shifts to provide coverage across Indian and US time zones as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on professional experience in front-end development and WordPress integration.

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive web design principles.

Practical experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor, Beaver Builder, Divi, etc.).

Experience converting Figma and Adobe Photoshop designs into functional WordPress websites.

Basic skills in Photoshop/Figma for font selection, color matching, and image optimization.

Understanding of website performance, security basics, and cross-browser testing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
