The Opportunity: Technical Program Manager
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex technology projects from conception to delivery. In this key role, you will be the driving force behind project execution, combining deep technical knowledge with expert program management in a dynamic Agile environment. You will own project timelines, budgets, and quality while fostering collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities

Utilize Jira extensively to plan sprints, manage releases, track risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Guide project teams on architectural best practices, facilitate technical decision-making, and stay current with emerging technologies to inform project strategy.

Serve as the primary point of contact, providing clear, regular updates to all stakeholders through Jira dashboards and reports to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Lead and mentor cross-functional Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), fostering a high-performance culture and promoting continuous improvement.

Continuously evaluate and refine Agile project management processes and Jira workflows to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
What You Bring (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of technical program/project management experience, preferably in tech.

A proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira.

Strong technical acumen with an understanding of software development lifecycles and technologies.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Jira administration/configuration and an understanding of the data lifecycle are strong pluses.
