The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer to help identify and source candidates for our engineering roles. Reporting to the SVP of Engineering this position will have high visibility and the chance to have a large impact as we seek to double the size of our engineering team over the next year
Top of funnel is a crucial bottleneck in our recruiting engine and we need someone who can build deep understanding of roles map accurately to potential candidates and source a high volume of talent when required
What You’ll Do

Work with hiring managers and recruiters to build a deep understanding of what we are looking for in each role

Map that understanding accurately to potential candidates across various channels

Source a high volume of candidates when the role requires it

Utilize creative ideas to stand out and help with particularly difficult searches

Craft engaging messaging that resonates with top tier technical talent

Use data to inform your work and track the metrics underlying your sourcing efforts
