Design the Future of E-commerce Personalization at a High-Growth Scale-Up
Digioh is the leading all-in-one platform that helps top e-commerce brands like Andie Swim and Lull turn anonymous visitors into loyal customers. By unifying identity recognition, interactive quizzes, pop-ups, and real-time personalization, we empower businesses to create 1:1 shopping experiences that drive conversion rates up by 3x and identify 5-7x more site visitors. We are in a critical phase of accelerating our product evolution and are seeking a Senior Product Designer to make an immediate, high-impact contribution.
The Role: Senior Product Designer (Contract-to-Hire)
This is a contract-to-hire role for an experienced designer who excels in fast-paced environments. You will be fully embedded with our Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to design intuitive, data-rich interfaces for our B2B SaaS platform. You will own the UX/UI for key product areas—from analytics dashboards and campaign editors to platform modernization—translating complex e-commerce and martech concepts into clear, actionable, and conversion-optimized user experiences. Success requires the ability to ramp up quickly, work autonomously, and deliver tangible improvements from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead the design of user interfaces for core platform features, including client-facing analytics dashboards, campaign/quiz editors, and admin configuration tools.
-
Translate intricate data on attribution, ROI, and e-commerce analytics into clean, user-centric visual designs and workflows.
-
Partner closely with Product Managers to shape near-term priorities and long-term direction. Work with Engineers to ensure practical, scalable implementation.
-
Incorporate direct feedback from Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure designs solve real customer problems and enhance usability.
-
Proactively identify UX gaps, propose data-driven improvements, and help raise the overall design quality and consistency of the Digioh platform.
Who You Are (Required Qualifications):
-
5+ years of Product/UX/UI Design experience with a strong portfolio featuring B2B SaaS or complex data-driven applications.
-
A proven track record of simplifying sophisticated systems and designing conversion-optimized user flows.
-
Expert proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
-
A self-starter who can operate independently with minimal oversight, ramping up quickly in a new domain.
-
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fully remote setting.
Ideal Candidate Profile (Preferred Skills):
-
Experience in martech, ad-tech, e-commerce platforms, or analytics products.
-
Background in data visualization and designing for compliance-sensitive environments.
-
Prior contract or consulting experience in fast-moving startup environments.
Contract & Engagement Details:
-
3+ month contract with a clear potential to convert to a full-time hire.
-
Fully remote, with core collaboration hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
-
This is a high-execution role with significant autonomy and direct influence on a product used by industry-leading e-commerce brands.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out:
-
Your work will directly shape a product that drives measurable revenue (e.g., 12% of online revenue) for notable e-commerce companies.
-
Move beyond pixel-pushing to contribute ideas and influence the product roadmap during a key growth phase.
-
Join a platform recognized for delivering a 3x increase in conversion rates and a 96x ROI for clients.
