Strategic Operations Leadership Opportunity

We’re seeking an accomplished Senior Operations Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence across our expanding healthcare organization. This critical leadership role oversees complex projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with executive priorities and delivering measurable business impact. The ideal candidate excels in remote environments while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration and project accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Leadership:

  • Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional operational projects ensuring timely delivery and scope adherence

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and performance tracking systems

  • Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives with effective prioritization and adaptive planning

  • Facilitate regular progress reviews to maintain accountability and resolve implementation barriers

Operational Excellence & Execution:

  • Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies

  • Ensure initiatives align with organizational objectives and deliver quantifiable results

  • Monitor project budgets and timelines to maintain financial discipline

  • Support field implementation of new processes and operational improvements

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

  • Build trusted relationships across departments and organizational levels

  • Facilitate clear communication between executive leadership and operational teams

  • Promote collaborative problem-solving and cross-functional alignment

  • Present project updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years of progressive operations project management experience

  • Proven track record leading strategic initiatives from concept to completion

  • Strong critical thinking capabilities with sound business judgment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with project management platforms and collaboration tools

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with executive presence

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Healthcare or medical services industry experience

  • Background in multi-site operations management

  • Experience with organizational transformation initiatives
