We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Force Effectiveness to join our team and lead the strategy roadmap and execution of initiatives that empower our global sales teams. The Opportunity
This position is responsible for supporting global sales incentive compensation plan design goal allocation execution and administration for our global sales teams. You will lead and develop a team of Sales Operations professionals while owning the strategy for core platforms like Veeva and Storefront. You will advance sales process excellence by developing and scaling best in class sales processes tools and training that improve field effectiveness and sales leader decision making
You will serve as a central connector across Global Sales Operations Sales Enablement Sales Leadership Marketing and Data Science supporting field communications facilitating Sales Leadership meetings and managing prioritization of field requests
What You’ll Do

Lead and develop a team of Sales Operations professionals owning the strategy roadmap and execution of Dexcom’s Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives including core platforms like Veeva and Storefront

Lead upstream sales data processing and advanced analysis to inform Go To Market strategy creation enabling fact based prioritization across Sales and Marketing

Incorporate Dexcom Accessible Patient volume analytics into upstream reporting partnering on interpretation and impact as GTM strategies evolve

Advance sales process excellence by developing and scaling best in class sales processes tools and training that improve field effectiveness and sales leader decision making

Identify assess and help implement advanced sales tools including expanded use of AI and machine learning partnering closely with IT Data and Commercial Excellence teams

Further enhance business planning and business review processes by aligning GTM sales priorities with standardized templates execution metrics and field accountability

Serve as a knowledgeable sales partner in the transition from HCP level to account level targeting rebuilding reports integrating AI and ML driven insights and creating clear adoption processes

Ensure global CRM process excellence by coordinating development across US and international markets aligning CRM capabilities to GTM strategies

Partner with HCP Marketing to enable GTM aligned omnichannel execution ensuring consistent messaging across channels and prioritization of touchpoints

Act as a central connector across Global Sales Operations Sales Enablement Sales Leadership Marketing and Data Science supporting field communications and managing prioritization of field requests
Who You Are

You bring deep experience translating complex sales patient and market data into clear GTM insights that influence strategy prioritization and execution

You have a strong understanding of sales processes sales tools CRM platforms and field execution models with the ability to design scalable globally aligned solutions

You are comfortable partnering with Data Science IT Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to operationalize analytics AI and ML models and advanced targeting approaches

You have experience evolving reporting and analytics from HCP level to account level perspectives including segmentation targeting and adoption planning

You demonstrate strong business planning and execution discipline with the ability to align GTM priorities to templates metrics and review cadences that drive accountability

You excel at cross functional communication translating technical concepts into actionable insights for sales leaders field teams and executive stakeholders

You bring a continuous improvement mindset proactively identifying opportunities to simplify processes reduce noise and increase impact across Sales Operations

You are known for strong organizational skills stakeholder management and the ability to lead through influence in a fast paced global matrixed environment
Experience and Education
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 13 plus years of industry experience

5 to 8 years of previous people management experience
-
25 to 35 percent travel required

Location This is a remote position meaning your location will be a home office and you are not required to live within commuting distance of a Dexcom site. If you do reside within commuting distance typically 75 miles a hybrid working environment may be available through the Flex workplace option
