The Opportunity: Founding Marketing Hire
This represents a ground-floor opportunity to establish the marketing function for a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS organization with demonstrated product-market fit. As our inaugural marketing leader, you’ll collaborate directly with the CEO to architect and execute our expansion into AI-driven IT solutions. You’ll possess complete ownership over pipeline generation while building a sophisticated growth engine from inception.

Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels to achieve pipeline and revenue objectives

Build and optimize a modern, AI-enhanced marketing technology infrastructure

Lead cross-functional initiatives with sales and executive leadership to align marketing with business priorities
Channel Management & Execution:

Execute account-driven marketing campaigns targeting IT decision-makers through personalized outreach

Optimize digital presence through SEO strategy, conversion rate optimization, and website performance enhancement

Develop and manage email marketing automation and lifecycle nurturing programs

Plan and execute event strategies including conferences, webinars, and industry gatherings
Marketing Operations & Analytics:

Implement and maintain marketing automation systems and analytics platforms

Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Experience:

5-10 years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably in early to growth-stage startups

Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling marketing functions from ground zero

Proven track record executing successful campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, email, and account-based marketing
