The Role: Senior Account Executive – Corporate
As a Corporate Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for mid-market organizations. You will be a hunter and a strategist, responsible for self-sourcing leads, delivering compelling value-based demonstrations, and closing strategic deals. Success requires deep SaaS sales expertise, a proven track record as a top producer, and the ability to consult with business leaders on how technology can accelerate their growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly quotas.

Build and manage a robust pipeline of self-sourced leads, identifying and engaging key decision-makers within target accounts.

Conduct insightful product demos and serve as a trusted advisor, educating prospects on how HubSpot’s platform solves critical business challenges.

Partner seamlessly with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to execute sales strategy and leverage new product enhancements.

Develop a deep understanding of the mid-market landscape (500-5,000 employees) to effectively dissect business goals and position HubSpot as a strategic investment.
Who You Are (Required Qualifications):

5+ years of experience managing full, complex sales cycles from prospecting to close.

3+ years of proven SaaS sales experience with a consistent record of being a top performer.

Expertise in value-based selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale).

Strong experience delivering dynamic product demonstrations to executive audiences.

A resilient, growth-minded professional who holds themselves accountable for ambitious results.

Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a positive, adaptable outlook.
