We are seeking a technically adept and client-focused SaaS Product Specialist to join our remote Client Success team. This is a consultative, non-sales role where you will be the primary technical guide for our German-speaking (DACH+) clients. You will leverage your SaaS expertise and language skills to provide insightful demos, seamless onboarding, and trusted ongoing support. Your Mission: Be the Trusted Guide for Client Success
You will be the face of Creative Force for our DACH+ market, guiding prospects and clients through the entire journey—from initial discovery and product demonstration to expert onboarding and ongoing technical support.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Insightful Product Demonstrations:Â Conduct engaging, value-driven software demos for potential clients, helping them visualize how Creative Force solves their specific challenges.

Onboard & Support DACH+ Clients:Â Guide new clients through a smooth, effective onboarding process in German and English, ensuring they achieve quick time-to-value.

Provide Expert Technical Support:Â Serve as a frontline product expert, responding accurately and promptly to client inquiries and troubleshooting technical questions.

Act as the Client Voice:Â Identify and report recurring product issues or user experience gaps to internal teams to help shape future development.

Build Trusted Relationships:Â Foster long-term client partnerships through honesty, empathy, reliability, and deep product knowledge.

Collaborate Globally:Â Work seamlessly with our international team to share insights and stay at the leading edge of our product and industry.
Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate):

A native German speaker with fluent, professional English (C2+ level).

Possess 3+ years of hands-on experience in a SaaS client-facing role such as Technical Support, Implementation, Onboarding, or Pre-Sales.

Technically conversant; terms like API, Integrations, Dev Console, GitHub, and database queries are familiar, and you can discuss them confidently with clients and internal teams.

A process-driven, highly organized professional who thrives in a remote, tool-rich environment.

A confident, patient, and curious communicator who enjoys guiding decisions without hard-selling.

Based in the EMEA region (UTC -1 to +4) with a dedicated, distraction-free home office and reliable high-speed internet.
