Your Mission: Develop and Execute a Profitable Trading Strategy with Firm Capital
You will be responsible for managing firm capital to generate consistent, risk-adjusted returns in the financial markets, following a structured development path to grow your skills and funding.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute trades in stocks, equity options, and futures using capital allocated by Maverick Trading.

Create, test, and refine a robust trading methodology that aligns with your personality, risk tolerance, and schedule.

Operate within established firm rules, risk parameters, and guidelines to protect capital.

Participate actively in coaching sessions, educational programs, and performance reviews to accelerate your development.

Meticulously review trading results, track performance metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to your strategy.
