The Role: Customer Success Advocate

We’re seeking passionate individuals to join our customer success team during Australian business hours. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare practitioners using our platform, helping them maximize their practice management efficiency and patient care capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support through chat and email channels

  • Guide potential customers in determining if Cliniko meets their practice needs

  • Manage customer communications across social media platforms

  • Collaborate with our development team to resolve technical issues

  • Work with third-party integration partners to solve customer challenges

  • Empower healthcare professionals to optimize their practice management

Critical Requirements:

  • Must be available during Australian business hours (Monday-Friday, 5 AM – 7 PM AEDT)

  • Your entire workday must fall within 6 AM – 7 PM in your local time zone

  • Weekend shift options available in lieu of some weekday hours
