We are looking for a Product Marketing Coordinator to lead the development positioning and go to market strategy of our ID&F Business Unit’s transactional solutions focused on fraud prevention in payments and transfers. This is an affirmative position for women

The Opportunity

As Product Marketing Coordinator you will directly lead a team of three Product Marketers while being hands on in the development positioning and evolution of solutions. You will operate at the intersection of Product Pricing Sales Strategy and Marketing influencing the roadmap structuring offerings and ensuring that each solution has a clear competitive value proposition aligned with market needs

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership

  • Directly lead three Product Marketers ensuring strategic alignment clarity of priorities technical depth and consistency in the discipline of Product Marketing across solutions

Product Marketing Strategy

  • Be hands on in the development positioning and evolution of ID&F Business Unit’s transactional solutions ensuring continuous integration with Product Pricing Sales and Marketing teams

  • Generate strategic inputs for solution evolution identifying improvements expansion opportunities and new offerings based on market analysis competition trends internal metrics and customer feedback

Roadmap and Pricing Influence

  • Influence the roadmap in partnership with Product Managers ensuring prioritized initiatives are connected to market potential economic impact and customer needs

  • Contribute to defining prices business models and solution packaging co creating scalable competitive structures aligned with value proposition alongside Pricing and Product teams

Asset Creation and Standardization

  • Package solutions and structure reusable assets ensuring launch playbooks sales materials key messages and narratives are consolidated up to date and standardized

  • Create evolve and standardize go to market frameworks and processes ensuring consistency governance and efficiency in current and future launches

Messaging and Positioning

  • Define and safeguard key messages and value propositions for solutions ensuring consistency across all touchpoints including sales presentations content campaigns events and public positioning

Training and Enablement

  • Develop and conduct structured training for sales teams specialists and related areas strengthening knowledge scalability and reducing acquisition costs

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team in building and executing campaigns awareness initiatives content materials and demand generation actions aligned with strategic positioning of solutions

  • Act as guardian of alignment between technical vision market narrative and commercial strategy promoting fluid connection between internal stakeholders and ensuring informed decision making

Who You Are

  • You have advanced English proficiency

  • You have prior experience in product marketing product management market intelligence or Go to Market specifically in the B2B market within technology SaaS fintech or data companies

  • You have prior experience leading people with a hands on approach

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • You are collaborative curious and have an owner’s mindset comfortable handling multiple fronts and stakeholders at different levels

  • You have strong analytical organizational and technical translation skills into business value
