Analytics Career Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Data Analyst to transform complex marketing data into actionable business intelligence and drive client success through data-driven decision making. This role focuses on analyzing marketing automation data, building predictive models, and creating insightful visualizations that guide strategic marketing decisions. The successful candidate will bridge technical analysis and business strategy, translating data patterns into commercially valuable insights for both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insight Generation:

  • Analyze marketing automation data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities

  • Develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms to forecast marketing performance

  • Create automated reports and interactive dashboards that track key marketing metrics

  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and client needs

  • Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define analytical requirements and success metrics

  • Present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences with clarity and impact

  • Support sales and presales teams by demonstrating analytical capabilities to prospective clients

  • Explain technical concepts and analytical methodologies in business-relevant terminology

  • Work cross-functionally to implement data-driven strategies and solutions

Strategic Implementation & Support:

  • Design and implement data collection processes and analytical frameworks

  • Support large-scale marketing automation initiatives and transformational projects

  • Develop and maintain data quality standards and analytical best practices

  • Contribute to the development of new analytical services and client offerings

  • Drive continuous improvement in analytical processes and reporting methodologies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field

  • 3-4 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing or business analytics

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis

  • Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling

  • Expertise with spreadsheet applications including advanced Excel functionality

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms

  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups

  • Demonstrated ability to translate analytical findings into business recommendations

Technical Environment

  • Programming: Python, SQL

  • Visualization: Tableau, Power BI, Looker

  • Analysis: Predictive Modeling, Machine Learning, Statistical Analysis

  • Tools: Advanced Excel, Marketing Automation Platforms

  • Methodologies: Data Mining, Pattern Recognition, Performance Forecasting
