Pavago is hiring an expert LinkedIn Ads Specialist on behalf of a key client. This is a full-time, remote role where you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of LinkedIn advertising campaigns for a portfolio of 10-15 B2B clients. The Role: LinkedIn Ads Specialist
As the dedicated LinkedIn Ads Specialist, you will be the strategic lead for all paid activities on the platform. You will be responsible for building campaigns from the ground up, continuously optimizing for performance, and providing clear, actionable insights to clients. Success is measured by your ability to hit lead generation, cost-per-lead (CPL), and client satisfaction targets. This role requires working EST time zone hours to align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, launch, monitor, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Text Ads, Dynamic Ads) across multiple client accounts.

Conduct audience research, A/B test creatives and ad formats, and make daily bid/targeting adjustments to improve ROI and lower CPL.

Prepare and present detailed weekly/monthly reports, translating complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, and proactively communicating performance and opportunities.

Stay ahead of LinkedIn Ads platform updates, tools, and B2B marketing best practices to implement innovative tactics.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing LinkedIn Ads campaigns with a portfolio of results.

Strong analytical prowess with expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, tracking pixels, and conversion analytics.

Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously with exceptional organization and attention to detail.

Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.

A results-driven, proactive mindset with ownership of campaign performance from setup to reporting.

Ability to work full-time during EST business hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile (Nice-to-Haves):

2+ years of specialized experience in LinkedIn Advertising.

Familiarity with other digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta) is a plus.

Previous experience in an agency or client-services environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
